Talent Sourcer (Contract position on Randstads payroll)

• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a recruitment agency or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Deep understanding of the local recruitment market.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, team members, and hiring managers.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly SAP SuccessFactors, is a plus.
