This Position reports to: Team Lead - Talent Acquistion COE Your role and responsibilities: Our Talent Acquisition team in India is growing, therefore we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Talent Sourcer to join our team and partner with the business and HR leaders and working closely with our Talent Partners, supporting multiple businesses to attract and hire top talent. In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the company's overall Talent Acquisition function by working closely with HR Business Partner (HRBPs) and hiring managers in identifying and engaging top talent for ABB. Each day, you will be primarily responsible to source, attract, and pre-screen candidates. You will also showcase your expertise by providing a pipeline of qualified candidates for the Talent Acquisition team. The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the India Talent Acquisition team under MO business based out in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for various roles. Conducting initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role. Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through proactive activities and engagement with potential candidates. Collaborating with hiring managers and work closely with Talent Partners and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and develop bespoke sourcing strategies. Utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Close monitoring of various conversion rates, (passive candidates - active candidate – inter-views – offers - starters) with the view to promptly identify areas of improvement along with promoting our employer brand online and offline. Qualifications for the role: Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer in engineering industry (must have), preferably in an inhouse and agency setting. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business or HR related fields. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and various stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously and easily adapt to the digital and customer experience driven talent acquisition world Effective time-management abilities.
