This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities:

Our Talent Acquisition team in India is growing, therefore we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Talent Sourcer to join our team and partner with the business and HR leaders and working closely with our Talent Partners, supporting multiple businesses to attract and hire top talent. In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the company's overall Talent Acquisition function by working closely with HR Business Partner (HRBPs) and hiring managers in identifying and engaging top talent for ABB. Each day, you will be primarily responsible to source, attract, and pre-screen candidates. You will also showcase your expertise by providing a pipeline of qualified candidates for the Talent Acquisition team.

This role is contributing to the India Talent Acquisition team under MO business based out in Bangalore.
