Talent Scout/Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary -

Expectations from the Role -

• Own proactive sourcing and screening for mid-to-senior tech roles across various domains and geographies.
• Build robust pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and advanced Boolean techniques.
• Deliver market intelligence, talent mapping insights, and data-driven sourcing strategies to hiring teams.
• Track key sourcing metricspipeline strength, conversion ratios, and turnaround time.
• Ensure real-time ATS hygiene and maintain sourcing effectiveness across systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations for timely hiring delivery.
• Champion an empathetic, high-touch candidate experience from first outreach to offer handoff.

Expectations from the Candidate -

• Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, channels, and modern tools.
• Strong grasp of ATS systems and Excel-based reporting.
• Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• A self-starter mindset with a passion for tech talent and continuous learning.

Experience Required -

• 3+ years of sourcing/recruitment experience in technology hiringpreferably across domestic and international markets.
• Fluency with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, tech communities).

Educational Credentials -

Bachelors degree (preferably in Business, HR, Economics, or related field); MBA/PG in HR is a plus.
