Job Description

As a Talent Planning & Ops Assoc Manager at Accenture, with 10 to 14 years of experience and a qualification in Any Graduation, you will play a crucial role in forecasting, modeling, and analyzing potential supply and demand imbalances within the talent pool. Your responsibilities will include developing affordable talent plans and recommending actions to address future talent needs. Your primary objective will be to enable the business to make effective and affordable supply/demand balancing decisions through conducting thorough analysis to derive insights-led recommendations on talent planning, supply and demand balancing, capacity management, and chargeability optimization. You will collaborate with Talent Futurists and HR Partner Leads to anticipate and address skills shortages, excess capacity, and supply/demand imbalances proactively to avoid any negative impact on the business. In this role, you will be expected to forecast and model talent metrics to guide talent decisions and actions aimed at achieving organizational targets and business outcomes. You will develop recommendations to address headcount and supply/demand challenges, ensuring that the capacity plans you create are not only executable but also aligned with the business objectives. Furthermore, you will work closely with various stakeholders to mitigate supply and demand challenges, translating talent plans into actionable strategies. By investigating and evaluating results, analyzing data, and making insight-based decisions, you will contribute to the effective management of supply/demand-related processes and chargeability. Collaborating with the Talent Scout/Talent Connector Lead will be essential in maintaining a balanced supply and demand within the talent pool. As part of the Recruitment vertical at Accenture, you will be instrumental in delivering candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. Your role will involve working across different sub-offerings such as Recruitment, Sourcing, Scheduling, BGV, Document Collection, Onboarding & Internal Shared Services, to support recruitment companies in achieving their vision and enhancing candidate experiences. Your ability to create and maintain demand and supply forecasts by analyzing long-term talent plans, capability requirements, and evolving business conditions will be critical to the success of this role. By collaborating with fulfillment channels and stakeholders, you will ensure that resource pools are adequately sized to meet anticipated demand in terms of numbers, skills, location, and costs.
