Talent Planning & Ops Assoc Manager

As a Talent Planning & Ops Assoc Manager at Accenture, your role will involve creating and maintaining demand and supply forecasts by analyzing long-term talent plans, capability plans, and evolving business conditions. You will be responsible for forecasting resource requirements, sizing resource pools to meet anticipated demand in terms of numbers, skills, location, and costs, and collaborating with fulfillment channels to ensure effective execution.
