Talent Planning & Ops Assoc Manager

As a Talent Planning & Ops Associate Manager at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in analyzing talent supply and demand forecasts. With 10 to 14 years of experience and a background in any graduation, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining demand and supply forecasts. By analyzing long-term talent plans, capability plans, and evolving business conditions, you will forecast resource requirements. Your key responsibilities will include sizing resource pools to meet anticipated demand in terms of numbers, skills, location, and costs. You will collaborate with fulfillment channels to ensure the execution of these steps. Aligned with the Recruitment vertical, your focus will be on delivering candidates to meet the recruiting demand as per the Recruiting Plan. You will be part of various sub-offerings such as Recruitment, Sourcing, Scheduling, BGV, Document Collection, Onboarding & Internal Shared Services. Your role will involve assisting leading recruitment companies in realizing their vision, enhancing outcomes by leveraging candidate-centric approaches, and connecting expertise with unique insights into the candidate experience.
