Key Responsibilities

Talent Recruitment & Management

• Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Profile shortlisted candidates and maintain a structured talent database.
• Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups.
• Support in building and managing candidate pipelines for ongoing requirements.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct research on industry trends, skills demand, and competitor practices.
• Prepare reports and summaries to support decision-making.
• Analyze recruitment data and provide insights for process improvement.
• Research potential platforms and tools for hiring efficiency.

Operations Support

• Manage basic invoicing, expense tracking, and documentation.
• Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and office administration.
• Maintain trackers, reports, and operational databases.
• Provide general support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations, recruitment, or business support.
• MBA preferred; BBA / Business / Commerce graduates also considered.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; LinkedIn familiarity is a plus.
• Efficient in using computers and digital tools for research and office tasks.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Local candidates are preferred.
