Key Responsibilities Talent Recruitment & Management Source and screen candidates based on job requirements. Profile shortlisted candidates and maintain a structured talent database. Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms. Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups. Support in building and managing candidate pipelines for ongoing requirements. Market Research & Analysis Conduct research on industry trends, skills demand, and competitor practices. Prepare reports and summaries to support decision-making. Analyze recruitment data and provide insights for process improvement. Research potential platforms and tools for hiring efficiency. Operations Support Manage basic invoicing, expense tracking, and documentation. Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and office administration. Maintain trackers, reports, and operational databases. Provide general support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. Requirements 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations, recruitment, or business support. MBA preferred; BBA / Business / Commerce graduates also considered. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; LinkedIn familiarity is a plus. Efficient in using computers and digital tools for research and office tasks. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Local candidates are preferred.
