Talent Management Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and task-oriented HR Intern or Contractual Associate to support the Talent Management (TM) team in driving key people initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to strategic HR programs and requires a high degree of ownership, agility, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• High Potential Employee Program Support:

  Assist in managing the lifecycle of HiPo employees including nomination tracking, engagement activities, and movement coordination.

• Dashboard Creation & Coordination:

  Build and maintain real-time dashboards to track progress and coordinate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) across functions

• Event Management Support:

  Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing TM-led events including leadership forums, development workshops, and engagement initiatives.

• Overall Project Management:

  Support the TM team in monitoring progress of strategic HR initiatives, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and flagging delays.

• Drafting and Communication:

  Support the team in drafting HR-specific documents, job descriptions, organizational emailers, internal communications, and presentation content with clarity and precision.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  Liaise with internal stakeholders including HRBPs, business leaders, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of TM programs.
