Talent Management Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain day-to-day communication with influencers and content creators

• Onboard new creators and negotiate contracts

• Pitch creators to brands and close influencer marketing campaigns

• Handle execution, briefs, timelines, and deliverables for all collaborations

• Identify and recruit emerging talent across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

• Work closely with internal content, sales, and creative teams

• Track performance, payments, and reporting

• Attend shoots/events when needed to manage talent

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or entertainment

• Strong network or understanding of Indian content creator space

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Street-smart, hustler mindset with ability to handle pressure

• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools

• Fluent in Hindi & English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
