Datamatics

The ideal candidate will assist in implementing employee engagement programs, performance management processes and talent retention strategies.

Responsibility:

Primary Contact for core Talent Management initiatives (on role, skills, competencies, and career mapping & planning) and HRMS platform Map, monitor, track, resolve queries, and report on to aid employee growth and development.
Assist in driving and capturing structured development discussions for key talent.
Support towards designing and driving robust communication campaigns and collaterals to enhance awareness of HR policies and processes amongst stakeholders and employees, as needed.

Requirement :

Completed graduation
Experience in Talent Management Role - skills, competencies, and career mapping & planning, aspects of PMS
Involved in HR policies and processes
Involved in Employer branding, Diversity and CSR initiatives.

Job Location :

Only Mumbai base candidates preferred. And someone who can join in one month.
