About Us

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process across departments
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals & industry networks
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Ensure timely closures of open roles with quality talent
• Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Maintain hiring data, reports, and documentation
• Assist in onboarding and initial HR coordination tasks

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the interior design or luxury lifestyle industry
• Proven ability to close mid-to-senior level roles
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and modern recruitment tools
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines independently
• Passion for people, culture, and organizational growth
