• Managed the full recruitment lifecycle including requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding of US-based IT professionals.
• Worked extensively on Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and JobDiva for candidate sourcing and tracking.
• Utilized ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Bullhorn, Ceipal, iCIMS, and JobDiva for managing candidate pipelines and compliance.
• Coordinated with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and deliver high-quality candidates within set SLAs.
• Expertise in handling US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and ensuring compliance with US employment laws and EEO standards.
• Conducted initial technical screenings, verified work authorizations, and ensured alignment between client needs and candidate capabilities.
• Built and maintained a strong database of active and passive candidates for future staffing needs.
• Developed strong working relationships with prime vendors and direct clients to ensure repeat business opportunities.
• Scheduled and coordinated interviews across EST, CST, and PST time zones efficiently.
• Supported contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time hiring across mid to senior-level IT roles.
