Talent Acquisition Trainee

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bhanzu, your role will involve sourcing, screening, and recruiting top NON IT talent using various channels. You will be responsible for conducting technical interviews to evaluate candidates" skills and suitability for specific roles. Your duties will also include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and recruit top NON IT talent through diverse channels. - Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates" skills and suitability for specific roles. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. - Utilize ATS to track candidate progress and manage recruitment workflow. - Provide timely feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Be result-oriented and focused on achieving recruitment goals. - Stay updated on current recruitment trends. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting NON IT talent. - Strong skills in conducting technical interviews and evaluating candidates. - Ability to effectively manage the recruitment process from start to finish. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets.
