Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Trainee located in New Delhi. The Talent Acquisition Trainee will assist in managing the hiring process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting employer branding initiatives. Additional responsibilities include maintaining applicant records, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role involves exposure to the full recruitment cycle and provides opportunities for professional growth in human resources.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Full-life Cycle Recruiting and the Hiring process
• Experience or interest in Interviewing and Recruiting
• Understanding or willingness to learn Employer Branding strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior internship or project experience in talent acquisition/recruitment is a plus
