Job Description

Position Summary: Responsible for various tasks within the recruitment process - including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and assisting with the hiring process. They contribute to building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring positive candidate experience. This will be an individual contributor (IC) role. Location: Gurgaon. We work full time from office. Role & responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels like online job boards, social media, and professional networks. Application Screening: Review and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for specific roles. Initial Interviews: Conduct initial phone interviews or other preliminary screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems. Preferred candidate profile: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes and deadlines. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the recruitment process.
