Job Title: Talent Acquisition - Team Lead (NON IT) Job Location: Gotri, Vadodara Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Industry Type: Non - IT Who can: Will be Responsible for leading a recruiting team of senior and non-senior level recruiters and senior support specialist that are responsible for the staffing needs of the branch teams. Job Responsibilities: Monitor the HR team daily and establish a good working relationship with all members to maximize productivity Collaborate with the management team to highlight areas of improvement regarding risk management by recommending and implementing strategies for HR process advancement Develop, coach and motivate recruiting team on their customer focus, recruiting expertise, completion of performance objectives and goals Lead, drive, and participate in the development of ongoing innovative, creative and cost-effective recruiting strategies through the effective understanding of issues and application of research and knowledge Build solutions to consistently improve efficiency and results Develop, drive and implement the talent acquisition strategy for AH US and globally, including sourcing, recruitment, selection and operations Manage the recruiting process to ensure positive experience for all candidates and hiring managers Qualifications for talent acquisition leader: 5 years relevant work experience in talent acquisition Resolve issues that have been escalated beyond the Team Leader role Ability to anticipate challenges or potential problems with daily operations, business plan execution, resource needs and training Must have strong account management, consulting and interviewing skills Mix of both Executive level search volume recruitment.
