MAKING DECARBONIZATION A REALITY Location: Gurugram (Haryana), India Mission We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5–7 years of solid experience in core and project-based hiring , specifically for entry to mid-senior level roles . The ideal candidate should thrive in a high-paced environment and be capable of managing high-volume recruitment within tight timelines. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for project-based hiring needs. Hire across entry to mid-senior levels with quick turnaround. Coordinate closely with hiring managers to fulfil hiring needs. Source and engage candidates through various channels. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. Job Requirement Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 5–7 years of core recruitment experience with a focus on project hiring. Strong communication and stakeholder management. Must be able to join within 30 days.
