Key Responsibilities

Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and advanced sourcing methods
Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Work on niche and hard-to-fill roles using innovative sourcing strategies
Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand requirements and meet defined TATs
Maintain accurate recruitment data and effectively use ATS tools for pipeline management

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
2–8 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT)
Strong expertise in platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing channels
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and a proactive mindset
Ability to manage multiple mandates and close positions within timelines
