Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage top talent through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Manage candidate relationships to ensure a smooth hiring journey.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify and attract niche talent.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and hiring managers to fulfil recruitment needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–8 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT).
  • Proven working knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
