Key Responsibilities

Source and engage top talent through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

Qualifications

2–8 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT).
Proven working knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
