Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies that align with the organization's business goals and future workforce planning.
  • Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and departmental heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.
  • End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Metrics & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and cost-per-hire to optimize hiring effectiveness.
  • Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates through timely communication and a structured recruitment process.
  • Technology Utilization:

  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and recruitment marketing tools to streamline hiring workflows and improve sourcing capabilities.
