Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for UAE client requirements, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand job descriptions and client expectations clearly to identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and visa requirements during hiring.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years handling UAE client requirements.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and hiring norms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience recruiting for industries like healthcare, construction, hospitality, or IT in the UAE.
• Multilingual abilities (Arabic is a plus).
• Existing network of UAE-based candidates and professionals.
