We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes for our UAE-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE job market, labor laws, and cultural nuances, along with a proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates across various industries. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle recruitment for UAE client requirements, from sourcing to onboarding. Understand job descriptions and client expectations clearly to identify suitable candidates. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments. Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiations. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and visa requirements during hiring. Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE clients and candidates. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years handling UAE client requirements. Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and hiring norms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using ATS, job boards, and professional networking platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Skills (Bonus): Experience recruiting for industries like healthcare, construction, hospitality, or IT in the UAE. Multilingual abilities (Arabic is a plus). Existing network of UAE-based candidates and professionals.

The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to meet client requirements across diverse domains. Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates for IT and BPO roles using job portals, networking, and references. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding. Understand job specifications and align suitable profiles for both India (Bangalore) and UAE requirements. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates. Maintain candidate and client databases for ongoing and future requirements. Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
