Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through headhunting, lateral hiring, and sourcing profiles to fill critical roles within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality and fit for open positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
  • Provide guidance on salary negotiations and offer management to secure competitive compensation packages.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

  • Must have expering in hiring for EPC or Oil and Sector.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (internal stakeholders).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment; high level of motivation required.
