Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through headhunting, lateral hiring, and sourcing profiles to fill critical roles within the organization.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality and fit for open positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
Provide guidance on salary negotiations and offer management to secure competitive compensation packages.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

Must have expering in hiring for EPC or Oil and Sector.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (internal stakeholders).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment; high level of motivation required.
