Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sales, SaaS & Product Hiring)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for Sales, SaaS, and Product roles. The ideal candidate has strong experience in tech and commercial hiring, understands fast-paced startup environments, and can build a strong pipeline of high-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates.
Hire for roles across
Sales (Inside Sales, Enterprise Sales, SDRs), SaaS roles, and Product roles (Product Managers, Product Analysts, etc.)
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and other creative methods.
Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates for skills, culture fit, and role alignment.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Track hiring metrics and share regular updates with stakeholders.

Requirements

8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in tech or SaaS companies.
Strong experience hiring
Sales and Product
roles.
Excellent sourcing skills on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience hiring for early-stage or growth-stage startups.
Knowledge of SaaS industry trends and product development processes.
