Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from understanding requirements to sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates.
  • Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, Shine, etc.), referrals, and social recruiting.
  • Use advance search techniques effectively to identify niche and passive candidates.
  • Draft attractive job descriptions, posts, and sourcing strategies based on hiring priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and prepare weekly hiring reports.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate fit both culturally and technically.
  • Work on bulk hiring, niche hiring, and leadership hiring as per business needs.
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for recurring and future roles.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pool availability.
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely offer roll-outs and onboarding.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment platforms: Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Shine, etc.
  • Proficient in advanced sourcing technologies and strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and HR dashboards.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Understanding of compliance and hiring policies.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
  • Good understanding of getting insight about candidates deep motive and matching it with JD.
  • Good understanding of identifying the extraordinary talent techniques and prioritizing such candidates.
  • Good analytical skills and aptitude.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
  • Exposure to hiring in e-commerce, retail, IT, or fast-paced startup environments is a plus
