Key Responsibilities & KRAs:

• Manage and grow

  Wish Karos Instagram presence

  through engaging and trend-driven content.
• Create

  Reels, Carousels, Stories, and Static Posts

  with a strong focus on

  current social media trends

  and viral formats.

• Analyze and customize trends

  to effectively suit our

  brand identity

  and audience preferences.
• Edit

  high-quality videos

  using tools like CapCut, InShot, or AI-based video generators (Runway, Pika, etc.).
• Design

  visually appealing creatives

  using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

• Leverage evolving tech tools

  (AI, Canva, etc.) to innovate content creation.
• Capture and curate

  product-focused photo/video content

  for both promotional and storytelling purposes.
• Write

  fun, catchy, and brand-aligned captions

  that emotionally connect with parents and stand out in feeds.
• Develop and execute

  strategies to grow subscriber base

  and engagement.
• Demonstrate a

  good understanding of branding

  and the interests of our target audience.
• Track and report social media performance using Instagram Insights & analytics tools.
  

Requirements:

• 01 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.

• Creativity

  as a core strength from ideation to execution.
• Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with AI content creation tools (for video, image, and captions).
• Strong video editing skills with tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere (AI-assisted editing is a plus).
• A good eye for visual design and aesthetics especially for baby/kids fashion.
• Passion for

  trend analysis

  and staying ahead in social media formats, trending audio, and viral challenges.
• Strong communication, time management, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or other advanced graphic design tools.
