Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to close positions across IT and/or Finance domains.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for IT / BFSI / Finance roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality hires
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions

  • Qualification:

    • Proven experience in full-life cycle recruitment, especially for IT/tech, Finance roles
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
