Job Description

Role & responsibilities Reach out to candidates, those who applied through various Job Boards. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews. Handle candidate queries related to job requirements and interview scheduling. Conduct candidate engagement, notifying new hires on next steps or outstanding items. Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to assess candidate pipeline/onboarding status Help oversee the daily operations of the recruitment team. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Train new team members on recruitment processes and best practices. Collaborate with clients to work on developing develop recruitment strategies in line with organizational goals. Preferred candidate profile
