1. Talent Acquisition (Real Estate Specific)

Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles
Source candidates using Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and social media.

2. Screening & Evaluation

Conduct telephonic and in-person screenings.
Evaluate candidates' sales capabilities, communication style, local area knowledge, RERA basics, and project understanding.
Shortlist only the best-fit candidates for the department head.

3. Coordination & Interview Management

Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth coordination
Follow up with candidates and ensure a seamless experience.
Manage all interview rounds, assessments, and final HR talks.

4. Talent Pipeline Creation

Maintain an active database of strong candidates for upcoming sole-selling projects.
