Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and select non-IT roles (C2H and Permanent).
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Shortlist qualified candidates and maintain a strong pipeline for recurring positions.
• Utilize and manage Intellohire ATS for tracking and updating candidate records.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and hiring progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on IT recruitment.
• Experience handling both C2H and Permanent hiring models.
• Familiarity with Intellohire or similar ATS tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
