As an HR Recruiter at KP Group, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding of candidates. You will play a vital role in building strong teams that align with our organizational goals and culture.
• Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (job portals, social media, etc.).
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and negotiate salary with selected candidates.
• Handle pre-joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and generate reports as required.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives such as campus recruitment drives and job fairs.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions in line with the hiring TAT (Turnaround Time)
bachelors degree in human resources, or a related field. • MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
