Talent Acquisition & Sourcing** - Identify, attract, and engage qualified technical professionals for contract-to-hire positions. - Leverage multiple sourcing methods, including job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn), internal databases, referrals, and social media platforms. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for various technical roles (developers, engineers, QA, DevOps, etc.). --- #### **2. Screening & Evaluation** - Conduct detailed technical and behavioral screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, cultural fit, and interest in C2H opportunities. - Evaluate candidates based on client requirements, project timelines, and conversion potential. - Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers and technical panels as needed. --- #### **3. Client & Stakeholder Coordination** - Collaborate with account managers, delivery leads, and clients to understand role requirements, project expectations, and hiring goals. - Present qualified candidates to clients in a timely and professional manner with detailed summaries and insights. - Act as a liaison between candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. --- #### **4.
