Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience: 6 months 1 year of experience
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
Job Type: Permanent | Hybrid
Work Schedule: 5.5 days working

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

• Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, company career page, job boards, etc.).

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, and social platforms).
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone/video interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide timely feedback.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
