Job Description

Strategy and planning
: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, forecast workforce needs, and partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
Sourcing and screening
: Source and attract candidates through various channels, evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and build a talent pipeline.
Hiring and onboarding
: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Process management
: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), track recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Employer branding
: Enhance the company's employer brand through recruitment initiatives, events, and by promoting the organization's values.

Required skills and qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Experience with various sourcing techniques.
Knowledge of labor legislation and compliance.
Analytical skills to track and report on recruitment metrics.
Masters' degree in Human Resources or a related field
