As a USA-based company, you are seeking female candidates experienced in dispatch and logistics to manage driver recruitment for your operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source, screen, and recruit qualified drivers for U.S. operations. - Manage the full hiring process ensuring timely and efficient placements. - Collaborate with the operations team to meet driver requirements. - Utilize various recruitment channels to discover top talent in the logistics field. - Draft professional emails and communicate effectively with candidates. - Maintain and update recruitment data in Excel. **Qualifications Required:** - Female candidates only. - 6 months to 2 years of experience in driver recruitment within logistics and dispatch. - Graduation (mandatory). - Strong English language skills (both written and verbal). - Proficiency in email drafting and Excel. - Experience in hiring drivers for logistics companies. - International or U.S.-based recruitment experience is a plus.
