Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles including

  GTM, Sales, Operations

  , and other business functions.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
• Source and engage top talent through multiple channels: job boards, social platforms, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role fit, skills, and culture alignment.
• Drive interview processes, scheduling, selection discussions, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and ATS data.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical business roles.
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives through innovative hiring strategies.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

• 36 years

  of hands-on recruitment experience in

  non-tech hiring

  , preferably in a

  product-based

  environment.
• Strong experience hiring for

  GTM, Sales, and Operations

  roles.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and maintain strong pipelines.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple mandates simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
