Developing and working on the talent acquisition strategy Provide full life cycle recruitment for a wide variety of positions within the India Development Centre Scheduling interview calls with potential candidates sourced through multiple job portals and networks Expertise in industry mapping tracking across industry functions and segments Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc) Build credible and consistent relationships with hiring managers by providing sound advice throughout the hiring cycle. Must possess a sense of urgency and provide strong consultative skills to the hiring teams Recruiting experience through social media
