Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead (From Iron & Steel Industry Only) Location: [Dankuni Howrah] Department: Human Resources Experience Required: 5-10 years (minimum 3 years in a TA leadership role within the Iron & steel sector) CTC Range: Upto 10.0 L/A Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to manage and drive the end-to-end recruitment strategy for our steel manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring industry-specific hiring expertise, leadership, and a strategic mindset to attract top talent for technical, operational, and corporate roles. ​ About Company -:is an integrated open die forging company in India, specializing in high-quality industrial forgings and steel ingots. Key Responsibilities: Strategic TA Planning: Develop and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and workforce planning. Forecast future hiring needs in collaboration with plant heads, production, and operations leaders. Recruitment Operations: Lead full-cycle recruitment across levels—blue collar to executive. Manage high-volume recruitment drives for plant operations, maintenance, metallurgy, and production. Build strong pipelines for niche roles like rolling mill operators, blast furnace engineers, and shift supervisors. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business leaders, plant HR, and functional heads to understand hiring needs. Partner with external agencies, technical institutes (e.g., ITIs, NITs), and campus placement cells. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters across locations. Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor TA performance, hiring TAT, and quality of hire. Technology & Compliance: Leverage ATS and HR tech tools to streamline hiring workflows.
