Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment for branch-level positions.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and facilitate selection processes.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain employee records and ensure timely documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements.
Performance Management & Training: Support the performance appraisal process at the branch level.
HR Policies & Implementation: Communicate and implement HR policies at the branch level.
Maintain HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
End to End recruitment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle employee grievances and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in HRMS, Excel, and reporting tools.
