About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in leading talent attraction and acquisition efforts for the KDN AI practice. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly in the fields of GenAI, AI/ML, and data engineering.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment for the KDN AI practice in India.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and recruit top talent in GenAI and related skill-sets
• Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 recruiters.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
• Contribute in attracting and recruiting fresh engineering talent from various premier educational institutes in India.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate setup, with extensive experience in recruiting in Gen AI/ ML/AI /related skill-sets.
• Should have MBA /equivalent full-time degree

Must to have requirements

• Extensive experience recruiting in the space of GenAI, AI/ML, and data engineering.
• Good exposure to new methods to attract and recruit GenAI/related talent.
• Should have extensively worked in a mid/large size corporate set-up
• Should have led a team of 2-4 recruiters
