Talent Acquisition Manager

What you will work on:

• Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Assist with maintaining recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents, including job postings and offer letters.
• Help organize and maintain recruitment files and documentation.
• Contribute to ongoing talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates, answering inquiries and providing timely updates.
• Assist in creating and posting engaging content on social media platforms.
• Participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs as needed.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualification and Experience:

• Graduate (post-graduate preferred) with an experience of 2-4 years working in a startup/fast paced environment
• Experience in handling end to end Tech recruitment
• Excellent communication skills to interact with the stakeholders
• High on ownership and proactiveness
• Comfortable managing and working on data from multiple sources (on MS Excel or Google Sheets)
