Roles and Responsibilities Connect with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, align with the manpower plan and budget for the year. Form strong relationship with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks), employee referrals, headhunting and campus. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in person interviews. Lead employer branding initiatives to attract the right talent, plan a strong referral and diversity hiring plan, ensure the culture fitment and quality of hire. Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a wow experience for candidates ole & responsibilities
