Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for various positions across the organization.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Conduct interviews (phone/video) and assess candidate fitment against job requirements.
Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
Manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding new hires.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/stakeholders.
