Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for various positions across the organization.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  • Conduct interviews (phone/video) and assess candidate fitment against job requirements.
  • Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding new hires.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/stakeholders.
