Talent Acquisition Intern

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team with end-to-end hiring activities and assist HR in employee engagement initiatives. The intern will help source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, maintain candidate records, and contribute to organizing fun and team-building activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on Naukri and other job portals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems.
• Support employer branding and participate in recruitment events.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
• Assist HR team in planning and conducting fun activities, employee engagement programs, and team events.
• Provide general HR administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed graduation in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and MS Office.
• Enthusiastic and willing to contribute to both recruitment and employee engagement.
