About the Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Review and screen resumes to evaluate candidate suitability for open roles.
• Conduct cold calls to engage potential candidates and assess interest/availability.
• Share shortlisted profiles with the Talent Acquisition team for further processing.
• Handle candidate information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Assist with various HR and recruitment initiatives as needed.
• Maintain and update candidate data and trackers using MS Excel.

• Are available for full time (in-office) internship
• Can start the internship immediately
• Are available for duration of 3 months
• Are from Mumbai only
• Have relevant skills and interests

Additional Information:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and engaging with candidates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filtering, data handling).
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
