About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and databases
• Help organize HR events, training sessions, and engagement activities
• Assist with drafting HR policies and internal communications
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives
• Research best practices and contribute to process improvement

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
