You Will

Recruitment & Sourcing

* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

* Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

* Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.

* Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Stakeholder Management & Operations

* Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to align on recruitment priorities and process.

* Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and hiring progress.

* Regularly update leadership on recruitment progress and key metrics

Essential Requirements

* Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and a high-volume candidate pipeline.

* Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and various recruitment platforms.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Highly organized, self-driven, and outcome-focused.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
