Role Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal team members to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria - Assist with job posting and advertising processes

- Execute full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, assignment round, selection, offer documentation, and more - Participate in college placements and recruiting sessions

- Assist in maintaining weekly hiring reports and trackers

- Conduct reference checks and regular candidate check-ins

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

- Highly detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
