Talent Acquisition Intern

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings on various platforms and sourcing candidates through different channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Help create a positive candidate experience by communicating with applicants professionally and promptly.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for our social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram) to showcase our company culture and open roles.
• Support the development of marketing materials, such as employee spotlights, blog posts, and videos, to promote our employer brand.
• Monitor and report on the performance of our recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Assist in brainstorming and executing new creative ways to attract top talent.
• Help maintain our career website to ensure it's up-to-date and reflects our company's values.

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Proficient in using social media platforms for professional purposes.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A creative thinker with a proactive and can-do attitude.
• A team player who is eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
